Site Visit Authorisation
- Authorisation Requirement: All individuals attending the site visit must provide written authorisation from the companies they represent, granting them permission to attend the site visit on the company's behalf. This written authorization must be submitted to the site visit coordinator on or before the scheduled site visit date and time.
- Compliance and Enforcement: Attendees who fail to provide the required written authorisation will not be permitted to participate in the site visit.
- By attending the site visit, all participants agree to comply with these requirements and acknowledge that any breach may result in their exclusion from the tender process.
