ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On 27th February 2024, BoFiNet held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with it's shareholder, The Ministry of Communications, Knowledge, and Technology. The meeting took place at the Digital Delta Data Centre. The minister was expected to officiate the event, however, he was unable to make it and sent the Permanent Secretary, Mr Pusoetsile on his behalf.his is part of our compliance with the Company's Act, BOFINET Constitution, and the Shareholder Compact. During the AGM, our Governing Body & Management provided an appraisal of the company's performance from the 2022/23 financial year to the shareholders. Kudos to the Legal and PRMC team for organising the event.
